A deposit or advance payment of 100 % will
secure your booking. When you click to make a reservation with us legal
obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit
card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms &
conditions.
You must not make any reservations through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made and the room is confirmed, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 90+ days to 60 days in advance – will incur a penalty of 20% of the paid amount,
- Cancellations made with 59 – 30 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 40% of payment paid.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days to 7days in advance- will incur a penalty of 60% of the amount paid
- no refund of payment of accommodation on cancellation made on the week. Applicable to full or part cancellations.
