All rooms are subject to confirmation of availability. Should we have room availability, we shall notify you as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that we cannot accommodate you due to reasons beyond our control on our end, we will contact you immediately via email and provide you with a solution.

You must not make any reservations through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. New Rates
The new rates will commence on 1st August 2022. All those bookings that have been booked and paid for before the 1st August 2022 will not be affected by the price adjustment but those that have just booked and not paid, will be affected
Costs & making a booking
1. Room Booking fees
A. Room 1 to 10: Room Rate: P700.00 per night. Each room sleeps 1 to 2 people and has 1 Bedroom, 1 shower with toilet in suite
B. Room 11 and 12: P1000.00 per night. These are Family rooms, that accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Each room has 1 Double Bed and Double Bunk Bed for Kids, 1 shower with toilet in suite.
C. Executive 1 and 2: P1250.00 per night. This is a larger executive room thats can accomodate up to 2 adults and has 1 Bedroom with a double bed, 1 modern shower with toilet (or Bathtub in the case of executive 2)
D. Honey Moon: P1400.00 per night. The honey moon suite accommodates up to 2 Adults in 1 double bed. It consists of a large Bedroom, 1 modern shower with a inbuilt toilet in suite inside the bedroom with back sliding door and a veranda
E. Presidential: P2000.00 per night. The Presidential suite accommodates up to 2 Adults and consists of a Presidential Bedroom with modern shower and toilet in suite as well as a large open plan fully furnished Kitchen, Dining and Seating Room.
2. MOILWA HOUSE- A SELF CATERING HOUSE
Want to have comfort but on your terms while visiting this remarkable region?
We have a Big thatched House that comprises the following:
- Presidential Room
- Fully Furnished Open Plan Kitchen,Dining and Seating Room
- Honeymoon Room
- Executive Room 1
- Executive Room 2
Are available, each room having a spacious main bedroom with 1 double bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower, large closet, air conditioned, DSTV and TV. A Fully Furnished Open Plan Kitchen equipped with microwave, Coffee maker, toaster, Large fridge/Freezer, coffee/tea station, utensils and cutlery, Dining Area with 6 seater dining table and Seating Area with 6 Seater couches, TV and Coffee table.
The house can have the bedrooms be booked individually and total cost would be P4900.00 per night when they are all booked.
But if the house is booked as a unit, the price for the whole house is P4,000.00 per night which means, you save P900.00 per night. This is ideal for families traveling together.
**There is a mandatory Government levy of P10 per person per night in all accommodations , excluding campsites
3. Camping
A. There are 9 Camp Sites at a cost of P130.00 per Adult and P100.00 per Child (4 – 14 years old) per night. There is a general Ablution Block for both Female and Male Clients.
Tents for rent
B. 1 x Four man tent ground mounted: P100.00 per night
C. 1 X Single Bed with mattress P80.00 per night
D. 1 x Single Stretcher canvas type with single mattress: P40.00 per night
E. 1 x Bedding for Stretcher (sleeping bag or 2 blankets and Pillow) P30.00 per night
F. 1 x Bedding for Single Bed (Fitted and Flat sheets, blanket and Pillow) P40.00 per night
We also offer full english and continental breakfast in our restaurant.
Lunch and diner are served by bookings. You need to book in advance and may specify your requirements .

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 90+ days to 60 days in advance – will incur a penalty of 20% of the paid amount,
Cancellations made with 59 – 30 days before arrival will incur a penalty of 40% of payment paid.
Cancellations made less than 30 days to 7days in advance- will incur a penalty of 60% of the amount paid
no refund of payment of accommodation on cancellation made on the week. Applicable to full or part cancellations.
